How To Book an Appointment

Please ensure that you bring your Medicare card (or DVA card) and Private Health Insurance card (where applicable) to your appointment.

To assist you with your eye care, please bring your current spectacles along with you to your appointment. If you wear contact lenses, please wear these to your appointment. If you are a new patient to our clinic, please bring the boxes or blister packs of your current contact lenses, this will assist our optometrist in prescribing the right lenses for you.

We are a private-billing clinic. Bulk-billing is available for concession card holders and children under the age of 15.

Our optometrist will ensure that you have the appropriate medicare item number for online claiming. Additional services that form part of your comprehensive care, such as retinal photos or other diagnostic procedures attract private fees which are not covered by medicare or private health insurance.
